새로운 거래 방식인 'Swap'은 기존 거래소의 문제점을 해결하며 거래 방식을 혁신적으로 개선한 프로젝트입니다. 이를 통해 사용자는 더 쉽고 빠르게 거래할 수 있게 되었으며, 기존 대비 거래량 증가라는 성과를 이뤄냈습니다. 이 서비스는 현금과 코인 간 거래에 국한되었던 기존 방식을 코인 간 거래로 확장하여 시장의 잠재력을 극대화했습니다. 복잡했던 거래창을 직관적으로 단순화함으로써 초보자도 쉽게 접근할 수 있게 되었고, 거래가 정체되었던 코인들에도 활발한 거래를 유도했습니다.
The new trading system, 'Swap,' is a project that addresses existing issues in traditional exchanges and introduces a revolutionary approach to trading. It has enabled users to trade more easily and quickly, resulting in a significant increase in trading volume compared to before. This service expands the traditional trading model, which was limited to cash-to-crypto transactions, to include crypto-to-crypto trading, unlocking the market's full potential. By simplifying the previously complex trading interface into an intuitive and user-friendly design, even beginners can access it effortlessly. Additionally, it has revitalized trading activity for previously stagnant cryptocurrencies.

기존 거래창의 가장 큰 문제는 초보자나 가치 투자자처럼 트레이딩에 익숙하지 않은 사용자들에게 진입장벽이 높다는 점이었습니다. 차트, 시세표, 주문창 등 실시간으로 빠르게 변동하는 방대한 정보와 숫자들은 사용자들에게 혼란과 부담을 주기에 충분했습니다.
The biggest issue with the existing trading interface was the high entry barrier for users who were inexperienced in trading, such as beginners or value investors. The overwhelming amount of rapidly changing information and numbers, including charts, price tables, and order books, made it difficult for users to navigate and created significant confusion and stress.

메인 마켓에 거래가 집중되면서, 많은 암호화폐가 공정한 평가를 받지 못하고 있는 실정이었습니다. 특히, 거래가 활성화되지 않은 암호화폐의 경우 사용자들이 충분한 정보를 얻지 못한 상태에서 신뢰할 수 없는 코인에 투자해야 할 위험을 감수하기 어려웠습니다. 이러한 상황은 차트나 오더북에서 거래가 정체된 코인들에게 더욱 불리하게 작용하여, 거래가 활성화되기까지 상당한 어려움을 초래했습니다.
As trading activity became concentrated in the main market, many cryptocurrencies struggled to receive fair valuations. In particular, for cryptocurrencies with low trading activity, users found it difficult to take the risk of investing in coins perceived as untrustworthy or lacking sufficient information. This situation disproportionately disadvantaged cryptocurrencies with stagnant activity on charts or order books, creating significant challenges in revitalizing their trading activity.

트레이딩에 불필요한 모든 정보는 과감히 제거한다
위와 같은 문제를 기반으로 효과적인 해결 방안을 모색했습니다. 첫째, 초보자와 가치 투자자에게는 불필요하게 많은 정보를 제공하기보다는 간결하고 직관적인 거래 시스템을 제공하는 것이 중요하다는 결론에 도달했습니다. 둘째, 거래량이 낮은 암호화폐의 경우 거래량 데이터를 보여주는 대신, 해당 암호화폐의 구매 가치를 이해할 수 있는 유용한 정보를 제공해야 한다는 점을 확인했습니다. 이를 바탕으로, 거래에 필수적인 정보만을 남기고 불필요하거나 복잡한 요소를 과감히 제거하는 방향으로 문제 해결의 초점을 맞췄습니다.
Based on the identified issues, we explored effective solutions. First, we concluded that it is crucial to provide beginners and value investors with a simple and intuitive trading system rather than overwhelming them with excessive information. Second, for cryptocurrencies with low trading volume, we determined that instead of merely displaying volume data, it is more effective to provide valuable information that helps users understand the purchasing value of these assets. With this in mind, we focused on leaving only essential information for trading while boldly eliminating unnecessary or overly complex elements.

거래창에서 중요하지만 필수적이지 않은 정보들을 하나씩 과감히 제거했습니다. 변동률, 고가, 저가, 전일가, 거래량, 차트, 오더북, 시장 심도, 호가창 등 기존에 거래 지표로 간주되던 요소들은 거래에 참고할 수는 있지만, 실제 거래를 진행하는 데 반드시 필요한 정보는 아니었습니다.
We systematically removed non-essential but commonly used information from the trading interface. Elements such as fluctuation rates, high and low prices, previous closing prices, trading volumes, charts, order books, market depth, and price ladders, which were traditionally considered standard trading indicators, were determined to be useful references but not strictly necessary for executing trades.

3가지 정보면 거래가 가능하다
거래에 필수적이지 않은 모든 정보를 제거하고, 핵심적인 3가지 정보만 남겼습니다. 사용자는 현재 가격, 최대 거래 가능량, 그리고 잔액 정보만으로 복잡한 고민이나 판단 없이 쉽고 빠르게 거래를 진행할 수 있습니다.
All non-essential information was removed, leaving only three key pieces of data. With just the current price, maximum tradable amount, and account balance, users can execute trades easily and quickly without any complex considerations or decisions.

유저 플로우에 따라 정보의 우선순위를 정하고 설계한다
선택한 3가지 필수 정보를 기반으로, 쉽고 직관적인 와이어프레임을 설계했습니다. 정보 구조와 인터페이스를 디자인할 때 가장 중점을 둔 것은 사용자가 Swap 서비스 화면에 진입해 거래를 완료하기까지의 전체 과정을 명확히 이해할 수 있도록 하는 것이었습니다. 이를 위해 사용자의 시선 흐름과 행동 패턴에 따라 정보의 우선순위를 정하고, 이를 바탕으로 디자인을 구체화했습니다.
Based on the three selected essential pieces of information, we designed a simple and intuitive wireframe. The primary focus when designing the information structure and interface was ensuring that users could clearly understand the entire process from entering the Swap service screen to completing a transaction. To achieve this, we prioritized information according to the user's visual and behavioral flow, then refined the design accordingly.

보유 자산과 매수 자산을 선택한다
Swap 서비스를 이용하려면, 사용자는 보유한 자산 중 매도할 자산과 매수할 자산을 선택해야 합니다. 단, 당시 서비스는 MVP 단계였기 때문에 모든 암호화폐가 1:1 거래를 지원하지 않았습니다. 이를 고려하여, 사용자가 드롭다운 메뉴를 통해 거래 가능 코인과 불가능 코인 목록을 확인하고 선택할 수 있도록 설계했습니다.
To use the Swap service, users needed to select an asset to sell and an asset to buy from their holdings. However, since the service was in its MVP stage, not all cryptocurrencies supported 1:1 trading. To address this, the design included a dropdown menu where users could view and select from a list of tradable and non-tradable coins.

정보를 빠르게 인지하고 바로 거래할 수 있어야 한다
거래에 필수적인 현재 가격, 최대 거래 가능량, 잔액 정보를 한눈에 빠르게 확인하고 즉시 거래할 수 있도록 모든 정보를 한 곳에 집중 배치했습니다. '가격'은 10초마다 초기화되며, 원형 게이지 디자인을 통해 가격 변동 시점을 직관적으로 예측할 수 있습니다. '최대 구매수량'은 한 번에 거래할 수 있는 최대 금액을 의미하며, '보유'는 선택한 자산 기준으로 사용자가 현재 보유하고 있는 금액을 표시합니다. 이러한 설계를 통해 사용자는 빠르고 효율적으로 거래를 진행할 수 있습니다.
I consolidated all essential trading information—current price, maximum tradable amount, and balance—into one place, allowing users to quickly review and execute trades. 'Current Price' resets every 10 seconds, with a circular gauge design that intuitively indicates when the price will change. 'Maximum Tradable Amount' represents the maximum value that can be traded in a single transaction, while 'Balance' displays the user's current holdings based on the selected asset. This design enables users to trade quickly and efficiently.

구매하기 버튼을 누르는 즉시 거래가 이루어진다
'구매하기' 버튼을 클릭하면 즉시 거래가 이루어지며, 이는 시장가 거래와 동일한 방식으로 처리됩니다. 실수로 버튼을 클릭하는 것을 방지하기 위해, '즉시 구매 처리' 체크박스를 선택해야만 '구매하기' 버튼이 활성화되도록 설계했습니다. 추가적으로, '구매하기' 버튼 클릭 직후 모달로 거래에 대한 유의사항 정보를 명확히 알렸습니다. 거래 완료 후 사용자는 '구매 내역 보기' 버튼을 통해 자신의 잔고에서 거래 내역을 손쉽게 확인할 수 있습니다.
When the 'Buy' button is clicked, the trade is executed immediately, following the same mechanism as a market order. To prevent accidental clicks, the 'Immediate Purchase Confirmation' checkbox must be selected to activate the 'Buy' button. Additionally, a modal is displayed immediately after clicking the 'Buy' button to clearly inform users about important details regarding the transaction. Once the trade is completed, users can easily review their transaction history by clicking the 'View Purchase History' button in their account balance.

Coinone offered a service called 'Plus,' which functions similarly to cryptocurrency savings and deposit programs. Leveraging this, we designed a user flow where, after completing a Swap transaction, users could click the 'Add Investment Product Plus' button to be directly redirected to linked products and start earning interest immediately. Additionally, we provided brief information about the cryptocurrencies users were interested in purchasing, making it easier for them to use the Swap service effectively.
